What We Do
This prototype provides a web-based tool to support the quality management of boundary resource portfolios among IIoT platform providers. The prototype demonstrates a systematic method developed during a research project. The method aims at a regular collection of complementor feedback on the perceived quality of boundary resources used during the development of IIoT applications. The feedback can be collected by a partner manager or the marketing department using a multi-method measurement instrument. The feedback is stored in a database and visualized in various dashboards. These dashboards help the platform management team monitor the current level of complementor satisfaction, address frustrated complementors, and systematically prioritize quality issues based on their impact on satisfaction. Once prioritized, quality actions can be defined and communicated to the appropriate departments in the platform provider's organization.
